oflife in Norfolk with a mental
health condition, a hundred
years ago and today.

Change Minds is a project about history, mental health and creativity
that is fascinating, challenging and fun. It is based at Norfolk Heritage
Centre in Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library. Change Minds is
run by the Restoration Trust in partnership with Norfolk Record Office,
Norfolk Library and Information Service and mental health services,
and is funded by Norwich Town Close Estate Charity.
Here is what one previous participant said about Change Minds:
“Although it was daunting at first, people understand and don’t judge me. It has
been a really interesting project and has helped to improve my confidence. Ive
made some new friends and hope to continue as a volunteer.
